Terms and Conditions:
All rates are subject to 15% government tax and Service charges, and are sublect to change without notice.
- Minimum 4 nights stay in Regular season, 5 in High season, and 7 in Peak season. (3 nights may be considered with last minute bookings).
- Check-in time is 2:00pm
- Checkout time is 12:00am (Free late checkout by arrangement)
- 50% deposit in USD is required to secure a booking
- Remaining 50% balance payable 45 days prior to check-in for Regular and High seasons, and 60 days prior to check-in for Peak season, unless otherwise agreed.
Damage or Loss
A credit card imprint will be required upon arrival at the villa and held as security. On the day of departure, should the property suffer damage or loss during your stay, the cost to repair or replace an item will be finalised prior to departure.
Liability
The owners and all staff of Villas of Excellence, accept no responsibility for any personal injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or otherwise, nor any arising from exceptional weather conditions, Balinese festivals or traditional practices, airlines or other travel arrangements, or any other matter beyond our control or remit. No responsibility is accepted for guests personal belongings. Every reasonable effort is made to present the property in excellent order in accordance with its advertised standards.
Villas of Excellence strongly recommends guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance after their reservation has been confirmed to cover against illness, injury, loss of property, theft, or cancellation.
Guest's behaviour must be considerate of other guests and others closeby. Villas of Excellence reserves the right to require any guest to leave the premises on request despite having a confirmed reservation if their behavior is considered inappropriate.

Cancellation Policy:
- No charge for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival for Regular and High seasons
- No charge for cancellation 90 days prior to arrival for Peak season
- Cancellation within 45 to 59 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total payment will be charged unless re-let or by arrangement with the owners
- Cancellation within 44 days prior to arrival, 100% of total payment will be charged unless re-let or by arrangement with the owners
- No show guests, payment in full is required
- Variations to any of the above conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the owners.
